Synergy Marine (M) Sdn Bhd (SMMSB) was established on 2012 as a Bumiputera company. We are registered company under Companies Commission of Malaysia (1019421-T) and Ministry of Finance that specialized in rendering marine transportation services to oil & gas industry.

We provide comprehensive vessel services including Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel, Platform Supply vessel, Straight Supply Vessel, Utility Vessel, Diving Support Vessel, Accommodation Boat/Barge, Survey Vessel, Mooring Vessel, Crew Boat, and Dumb/Flat Top Barge. We are able to provide comprehensive service with combined experience of the management team.

Our business focuses mainly on a client-basis of oil and gas companies and contractors. We also have clients who are offshore engineering and services contractors, vessel owners and managers, as well as logistical support companies. In addition, our clientele also includes offshore drilling and services companies, and offshore general contractors. We are committed to providing great services for the satisfaction of our customers.

In SMMSB, our management team has significant number of years of experience in marine services industry. This allows us to provide our clients with the most appropriate offshore support vessel and the other services support.

YBhg. Dato’ Roslan Bin Ahmad, the founder of SMMSB is an entrepreneur who has over 34 years of experiences in various industries including developments, engineering, transportation, services and maritime. His involvement in OSV’s chartering businesses and operations since year 2002 and has provided services in O&G Exploration & Production mostly to major oil companies in Malaysia, Thailand and Middle-East. He is an Honorary Secretary member of MOSVA (Malaysia OSV Owners’ Association) 2020/2022, The chairman of MASTRA Offshore Group, a lifetime member of MASTRA (Maritime Strategic Association of Malaysia) and a member of IAMSP (International Association of Marine & Shipping Professionals) based in UK.
